Our panels are individually manufactured from lightweight aluminium with a 75mm high-density foam insulated core. This makes them 8 times more efficient than polycarbonate panels. Warm roofs take considerably longer to install and can also put the existing conservatory frame under unnecessary pressure. In contrast to this, Thermotec is designed to be fitted in 1 day and works with your existing structure. Warm roofs can be extremely labour intensive, therefore Thermotec is a more economical and environmentally friendly option.

Planning permission should NOT be required when upgrading your existing conservatory with Thermotec roof panels. Building Regulations also should NOT be applicable. In the unlikely event that your upgrade does require planning permission, we are happy to assist. As well as this, if building regulations are a requirement, Thermotec is building control compliant.
