Thermotec Insulated Conservatory Roof Panels are manufactured entirely in the UK. We machine cut the high-grade, aluminium sheeting ready to be mechanically formed, seam welded, insulated and colour coated ready for quality checks.
In brief, the aluminium sheeting, which forms the panel outer skin, is purchased from a leading UK supplier.
The polymer based, powder coated material is purchased from a specialist company before being applied and baked in Coventry.
The Styrofoam insulating core material is purchased from a large, multinational, chemical specialist and has been acoustically and thermally tested, as well as being fire-rated to meet UK legislation.
All of the above along with the fact that Thermotec is a hand-finished product are some of the many reasons why you can be assured you are buying an extremely well built, robust product that will serve you well for many years to come.
